Return Policy Overview

Because our parts are made to order, we do not accept returns on custom or full bodykit orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns Are Only Accepted If:

•The item is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
•The part you received is not what you ordered
•The product is unused and in original condition

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@avasmotors.com with:

•Your order number
•Photos of the item
•A description of the issue

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Notice

We do not accept returns due to incorrect fitment caused by improper installation.

Some adjustments may be required when installing fiberglass, kevlar or carbon fiber parts, as is standard with motorsport-grade bodywork.

Quality & Manufacturing Statement

Every component is individually hand-crafted using high-performance composite materials. As a result, slight variations in finish, weave pattern, edges, and surface appearance may occur. Minor scratches, resin marks, or cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

These products are developed for motorsport and performance applications where strength, weight reduction, and functionality take priority over cosmetic perfection. Due to the nature of composite materials, final fitting and adjustment may be required during installation.
